Product Description

Products are described as accurately and appropriately as possible in order to ensure that you understand the product you are ordering. Colours are also represented as realistically as possible, but colour variations of product images or colour swatches are outside of our control due to the fact that software, hardware and Internet connections can alter the appearance of colours on your end.
We obtain item photographs, nutritional information and ingredients mainly from manufacturers and/or distributors. This may include taking the information directly from the label or packaging of the items, as well as other marketing materials. We do not investigate to determine if the information is accurate, nor can we provide any warranty that all data entry was done without error. If manufacturers change ingredients or nutritional information or other specifications, we cannot guarantee that the information will be updated on this site. Accordingly, the information displayed on the site is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate and the actual item should be considered the authoritative source of all information with respect to itself.

Product Corrections

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of products and price information, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in the condition you received it for a refund.
 
Prices

The prices on the site are valid only on the site and will not be necessarily matched over the phone or at the actual location of Ayur Pty Ltd.  This means that if the site has a promotion, that promotion can only be received on the site and will not be honoured over the phone or at our store at Ayur. All prices are including GST.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Ayur are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You are solely responsible for providing us with accurate shipping information. If your order gets lost due to an inaccuracy on your part, we will not be held liable and will not refund any charges.
